He says it's easier to read now, and anything that makes reading easier is a Good Thing.

  1. You're freaking me out. No WAY I would have recognized him! We should have some eye exams around here, too.

  2. The Boy says, "He looks really, really cool." The Girl says, "I want the Boy to say for me." And thus the Boy says, "I really enjoy those." (Okay, actually, the Girl said, "I love him!" and the Boy said "Gigi! You can't say that! He's our friend!" So there you have it.)

  3. I think the specs make him look remarkably like his mama.

This is a compliment to both parties, BTW.

  4. Beverly -- part of it is, all his curls are cut off, too. I can hardly stand it.

PK -- Hee! He blushed when he read that. (Tell The Boy to check J's new blog!)

Grace -- Thanks. It's funny, I don't think he looks like me at all. But I think the glasses make him look like my dad, whom I've been said to resemble.

  6. I totally will! Although you realize what the outcome of that will be, non? I will never hear the end of it, and I'm reluctant to let the Heavy Typist use my laptop. I've already glued the "A" back on once.

Has your girl read those new fairy books: The Color Fairies and the Jewel Fairies and the Weather Fairies and blah blah blah Fairies? It's all about the Fairies, isn't it? I was cruelly forcing my daughter back into her bed last night and she sat on her fairy tent and it came out of the ceiling and now I am The Evil One. Sigh.

  7. Hehe,in some sense, the boy seems to be a little silly. But in the other aspect, he is also cute and cool. Maybe he wears this pair of glasses.
