...And I'll Be Your Guide for the Day

The three of us spend a lot of time at a public park on the Great Lake. The beach is full of climbing rocks, skipping rocks, and take-home rocks and provides an hour or two of fresh-air outside time every other day or so. The last time we were there, John gave Maia and I a tour of the rocks, making up names as he went along. Here is an incomplete list:

Teepee Pond
Knifeblade Pond
Slopes 1, 2, and 3
The Slide
The Mountain
The Skate Ramp
The Fat Man's Dungeon
Dinosaur Egg Pond
Dinosaur Pond
Shotgun Pond
The Chair
America Pond
A pond that from one direction is called Oo-yeah Pond and from the other direction is called Awright Pond.
The Bridge
Red Pond
